Faculty of Interdisciplinary Sciences, KKU Upskills Digital Talent with "Generative AI for Modern Business Management and Driving" Workshop, Aiming to Build a Sustainable Digital Workforce

On July 21, 2026, at the Innovation Park Room, Lecture and Laboratory Building 2, Faculty of Interdisciplinary Sciences, Khon Kaen University, the faculty moved forward to build future-ready skills by organizing a workshop titled "Generative AI for Modern Business Management and Driving," led by Dr. Manatsavee Nokkeaw as the project coordinator. The initiative aimed to broaden perspectives and enhance capacity in applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to learning, working, and modern business management to keep pace with rapid changes while creating a concrete competitive edge in business.

The workshop was honored to feature Mr. Thapanan Eawpanthong—Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rama IX Technology Co., Ltd., Chief AI Officer (CAIO) of Smartsense Industrial Design Co., Ltd., and a faculty member of the Design and Digital Innovation Program at Assumption University—as the keynote speaker. Drawing from direct business experience, he delivered in-depth insights covering key dimensions, including analyzing AI's impact and changes on learning systems and business operations, techniques for using Generative AI to assist in structured thinking, analysis, and creative output generation, practical AI applications in professional workflows, designing strategic activities and assignments, as well as raising awareness of ethical considerations and responsible AI usage through real case studies. This event marks another significant step by the Faculty of Interdisciplinary Sciences, Khon Kaen University, in driving knowledge innovation and firmly preparing a workforce for the new digital era.
