ISKKU Organizes "ISKKU Happy Health Up" Project to Promote Physical and Mental Health, Fostering Sustainable Well-Being
On July 24, 2026, the Interdisciplinary College, Khon Kaen University, organized the "ISKKU Happy Health Up" health promotion project for Fiscal Year 2026 at the Innovation Room, Integrated Learning and Laboratory Building 2, Interdisciplinary College, Khon Kaen University. The event was honored by the presence of Mrs. Chatporn Mungkhunsaen, Vice Dean of the Interdisciplinary College, who delivered the opening remarks. The project aimed to enhance knowledge of preventive healthcare, mental health care, and comprehensive well-being among all participants.
The event commenced with registration and a tour of health exhibitions, followed by a series of special lectures delivered by public health experts. The session opened with the topic "Health Care and Disease Prevention in the Modern Era" by RN Saisamoru Leeladapattarakul, Head of the Social Medicine Department. This was followed by a mental health promotion activity titled "Mind Boost: Recharging the Mind, Brightening Every Day," facilitated by a team of speakers to inspire positive energy and relieve stress.
Subsequently, a lecture on "Building Good Health with Safe Food and Essential Vaccines" was delivered by RN Sararat Khonphian, Head of the Communicable Disease Epidemiology Unit. The event concluded with an informative session titled "Understanding Your Body: Unlocking the Secrets of Body Composition" by Mrs. Chanjiraporn Singkrut, Head of the Health Education Unit, enabling participants to better understand their body composition and apply this knowledge effectively for long-term self-care.
