Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies, KKU Organizes Knowledge Exchange Program on Human Resource Management, Aiming to Enhance Personnel Potential and Career Advancement.

The Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies, Khon Kaen University, organized the "Knowledge Exchange Program on Human Resource Management" at Room NK 1407, 4th Floor, Administrative Office Building. The event was honored by Mrs. Chartiporn Muangkhot Mungkunsaen, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies, who presided over the opening ceremony. The program aimed to build understanding of career advancement criteria and promote self-development among faculty personnel.

This program focused on raising awareness of the importance of career growth, as well as creating understanding of the new criteria for advancement to higher positions. The initiative emphasized driving progress through the Individual Development Plan (IDP) — a key tool for setting goals, developing skills, and enhancing the competencies necessary for effective job performance.

In addition, the program introduced the use of the My Talent@KKU system, Khon Kaen University's online information system used for competency assessment, recording personal development plans, and systematically tracking personnel learning outcomes. This system enables personnel to plan their capability development with clear direction, convenience, and speed, while aligning with a stable and sustainable career advancement pathway.

The program was honored by the participation of Mr. Sathit Kaewbutta, Director of the Human Resources Division, Khon Kaen University, along with a team of professional human resource officers, who served as speakers to share knowledge and exchange experiences. They also conducted hands-on workshop activities, allowing participants to practice using the system and apply the IDP tool to their actual work, enabling them to implement it effectively in their professional practice.
