Faculty of Interdisciplinary Sciences, KKU Enhances Staff Skills with "Professional Personality Development and Communication" Training to Boost Confidence and Corporate Image

The Faculty of Interdisciplinary Sciences, Khon Kaen University, continues to advance its human resource potential by hosting the workshop "Elevating Staff Capabilities in Personality Development for Professional Communication." The event took place on August 24, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at the Innovation Park Meeting Room, Integrated Learning and Laboratory Building 2, Faculty of Interdisciplinary Sciences, Khon Kaen University. Ajarn Chatporn Muangkot Mungkunsaen, Associate Dean of the Faculty of Interdisciplinary Sciences, presided over the opening ceremony.

This training program focused on building confidence, enhancing comprehensive communication skills, and establishing a positive professional image across all work and coordination scenarios. The session featured guest speaker Ajarn Parinda Panthurat, a special lecturer at the Language Institute of Khon Kaen University and a former Japan Airlines flight attendant. She shared insights, practical techniques for clear, impactful, and easily understandable communication, as well as guidance on professional etiquette, accompanied by hands-on practice sessions. This initiative significantly strengthened staff potential, preparing them to perform their duties effectively while projecting a refined and positive image for the organization.
