Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies Launches Graduate-Level Learning Management Development Project, Aiming to Elevate Educational Leaders in the Digital Age.
The Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies has moved forward in enhancing management and advanced learning skills by organizing the "Graduate-Level Learning Management Potential Development Project" on July 18, 2026, at the INNOVATION PARK room, Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies. The project focused on preparing faculty staff and students to keep pace with the changes taking place in contemporary education. The event was honored by the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Sitthichai Sonsuphee, Head of the Department of Liberal Arts and Education, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wanlapa Areerat, a distinguished faculty member, who together presided over the ceremony and officially opened the project, sharing key concepts for driving educational potential forward.
The atmosphere at the event was filled with intense academic engagement and knowledge exchange through a workshop seminar series led by leading school administrators from Khon Kaen province. The event began with a workshop titled "Empowering Education with Team," presented by Dr. Yuppathep Bunyaritraksa, Director of Manee Anusorn Suksa School, Khon Kaen Province, who shared strategies for driving educational momentum through effective teamwork processes to build a strong foundation for school management.
This was followed by a workshop titled "Learning Leadership in the Digital Age," presented by Dr. Sudarat Kaewsombat, Director of Sudarat Wittayakhom School, Khon Kaen Province, who shared perspectives, experiences, and essential skills for learning leaders navigating the era of digital technological transformation—considered a key element in guiding educational organizations to progress in step with the times. The event concluded with a session titled "Nature Mindfulness for Leaders to Engage with Team," presented by Dr. Kanlayanee Srihamat, Director of Kanlayanee Wittaya School, Khon Kaen Province, who introduced the practice of mindfulness in nature and its application to management, helping modern leaders build strong bonds and connect meaningfully with their teams.
This project served not only to enrich academic knowledge but also as an important platform for participants to exchange learning through close interaction with speakers' real-world experiences. It represents a significant step in developing and driving forward the educational network, as well as promoting the practical application of the knowledge gained to further enhance the effectiveness of graduate-level learning management.
