This site visit had clear and concrete objectives, encompassing the promotion and support of the Faculty's operations in alignment with the principles of good governance, as well as providing an open platform to listen to opinions and recommendations from personnel within the unit in a straightforward manner.
Furthermore, the visit served as an opportunity to reflect on real challenges and obstacles encountered in the actual implementation of good governance practices, enabling the university and the faculty to collaboratively identify targeted solutions and improvements. This is expected to lead to sustainable mutual understanding between the unit and the organization as a whole.
This activity reflects Khon Kaen University's strong commitment to driving the organization forward under the principles of good governance — encompassing transparency, accountability, participation, and efficiency — which are considered essential foundations for the development of a university that is trusted and recognized at all levels.
